The program file Apntex.exe shows up in taksbar when I reboot or just start my Toshiba Tecra A6. If I open the program on the taskbar the screen goes blank except for a small white box which my mouse can control assume its the mouse pointer. I have to press ctrl alt escape to get to the task manager and end program. I then lose my scroll options on my touch pad. How can I prevent this from happening. I have deleted the program and reinstalled latest drivers from dell but same problem. If I use msconfig to stop it from loading of course it don’t load but then I don’t have touch pad scroll capabilities.
