How do I get rid of this worm?!?!? i keep runnign anti vuirus software and nothing is picking it up but it is still running on my computer
If the letter is from your internet provider then it may not have anything to do with information kept by ares! Your ISP has a record of all the sites you visit and what you are doing, so you could wipe your computer and still that information would be given away.
How exactly or what triggers the storage of this information I am not sure, but it could be when you use their DNS services (which are standard). Try giving yourself a static IP address, pointing your DNS to Google’s DNS and then using ares.exe. That should help you avoid such problems in the future :)
