You can check open ports to see exactly what is chewing up your bandwidth and go from there. Follow the link and look for tcpview – and excellent program that will provide you with a ton of information. Let me know what you find out!
In my Server 2003 run bill.exe. When It is run, my network connection is very slow.
I kill this process, but still, my network connection is very slow. How can I solve this?
The antivirus I’m using is TrendMicro, but it doesn’t solve the problem.
