The mgui.exe process provides a system tray icon with which you can access and/or configure the features of your BullGuard virus scanning software. Additionally this process will scan files as you access them. This process is a core component of BullGuard antivirus, and so should not be stopped. If it is stopped Bullguard antivirus may not be able to protect you computer from viruses and other threats.
